the breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. there was a great coffee machine. the room had everything you needed. the bathroom included a sign advising guests to contact reception if you had forgotten anything, like a toothbrush. toothpaste was available too.

check-in was slow. the staff seemed unprepared for our coach party. the lift needed a door-key pass. there was no clear sign about it, it wasted time. we had to figure out why it wasn't working.
